- Create and update marketing and sales materials, including graphics, animations, photo editing, videos, advertisements, banners, newsletters, and other promotional assets across digital platforms, marketing campaigns and internal communications
- Work closely with Marketing team and other departments (e.g. Sales, Engineering, Sustainability)to manage end-to-end design projects from brief development, concept creation to final production, ensuring timely delivery and quality execution
- Ensure all creative campaigns, visual assets,and design deliverables are aligned with the brand standards to maintain consistency and high-quality outputs across all touchpoints
- Handle ad-hoc design requests and special projects as assigned

Job Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Cloud applications, especially InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. Knowledge of WordPress is a plus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organisational levels
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic, and customer-oriented environment
- Self-motivated, well-organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Good command of written and spoken English
Education & Work Experience:
- Higher Diploma or higher professional qualification in graphic, brand, or digital design
- Experience in graphic design, animation, and video creation would be an advantage
- Current student or fresh graduate in a Graphic Design or related university major will be considered
