• Lead the full lifecycle management of international commercial agreements, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and revising customer contracts, supplier agreements, service agreements, NDAs, logistics contracts, and other commercial arrangements.
• Provide legal advice and practical support to cross-functional teams across Asia, Europe, and the Americas regarding commercial, contractual, and compliance-related matters.
• Identify potential legal and business risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies and practical solutions.
• Develop, maintain, and improve global legal and compliance frameworks, policies, templates, and internal guidelines.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable international laws and regulations, including data protection and privacy laws such as GDPR, PIPL, and other regional requirements.
• Support and coordinate dispute resolution matters, including contract disputes, labor-related matters, escalated customer issues, and litigation management in cooperation with external legal counsel.
• Manage and coordinate relationships with external law firms and legal advisors in various jurisdictions.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory developments in key markets and proactively advise management and internal stakeholders on relevant impacts.
• Ensure proper administration, documentation, and monitoring of contractual obligations, deadlines, renewals, and legal records.
• Support commercial negotiations and strategic business initiatives from a legal and compliance perspective.
• Oversee insurance-related legal matters, including policy renewals and administration support.
