Job Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to factory GM & leadership teams, aligning PCC strategies with operational goals.
  • Oversee recruitment strategy, ensuring efficient staffing to meet production demands.
  • Review and align the performance management system that aligns with organizational goals.
  • Manage competitive pay structures, incentives, and benefits programs tailored to each market.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies; conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Reinforce positive work culture by fostering open communication and addressing employee concerns promptly.
  • Serve as the regional point of contact for group people & transformation initiatives, adapts global-led programs (e.g. leadership & talent development, employee survey, change & transformation project etc.) to plant contexts, and ensure their effective implementation.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, digitalization, and process optimization within the plant's PCC scope to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness; drive the execution of improvement initiatives and rigorously monitor performance outcome.
  • Establishes mechanisms for sharing best practices between the two plants, coordinates dynamic allocation of manpower, training, and other resources within the region, and achieves synergy and enhanced performance.
  • Evaluate, coach & develop plant PCC Managers on a regular basis and enhance the professional capability of local PCC teams.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

 Competencies & Skills:
  • Superior in organization and priority setting, accurate and efficient with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
  • Able to effectively lead and develop result-oriented teams, give timely and actionable feedback to direct reports and mentor, coach and motivate individuals.
  • Superior analytical skills and creative problem-solving skills to assess complex situations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively work with colleagues at all levels in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence business partners and peers in critical situations to obtain consensus.
  • Profound knowledge of labor laws and regulations of China and Thailand.
  • Knowledge of staffing, compensation and talent management best practices.
  • Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality, trustfulness and a high standard of work ethics.
  • Able to work effectively under time pressure and deadline driven within a fast-paced, dynamic and customer-oriented environment.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team with a pro-active, self-motivated and responsible manner.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Excellent Computer skills in MS Office.

Education & Work Experience:
  • University degree in HRM, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of work experiences in HR, preferably with a strong background in manufacturing plant-based setting. 
  • Minimum 8 years of leadership experiences, preferably in a multi-national environment.
